Your Responsibilities

/ Analysis & interpretation of data for digital touchpoints using analytical tools to generate insights and identify opportunities

/ Consult countries to rollout journey analytics tool & generate cross touchpoint use cases; enable them

/ Drive analysis of relevant data to address business challenges, supporting data-driven decision making.

/ Provide touchpoint performance data and report/visualize complex data into easy-to-understand reports, dashboards, and visual presentations

/ Enable touchpoint strategists as well as countries for touchpoint performance reviews to improve the overall shopping experience

Your Profile

/ University degree in related departments

/ 4–6 years of experience managing consumer data and touchpoint analytics projects, with a focus on understanding the consumer journey in cross-functional and complex environments

/ Technical experience and knowledge of the analytical dashboard and tools

/ Strong consumer-centric, innovation-driven, creative and agile mindset

/ Fluency in written and spoken English
