We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Shopping Mall Manager to oversee all mall operations.

The Mall Manager’s responsibilities include managing and leasing mall properties, coordinating mall events, monitoring daily mall activities, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

The Mall Manager should ensure the mall runs smoothly and remains profitable, while also providing an enjoyable shopping experience for patrons.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the mall.

Oversee leasing of mall properties and negotiate contracts.

Plan, coordinate, and execute mall events.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Coordinate with security teams to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Monitor the performance of retailers and take necessary actions if required.

Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Prepare budgets and monitor expenses and revenues.

Develop marketing strategies to increase footfall and mall visibility.

Report to stakeholders about profits, losses, and potential risks.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Mall Manager or similar retail management role.

Strong understanding of business management, financial principles and retail marketing.

Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to negotiate contracts and work with a variety of stakeholders.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.

BSc/BA in Business Administration, Retail Management or relevant field.
