About Us

Sugoi Collections is a fast-growing fashion brand blending anime and video game culture into wearable, everyday streetwear. Our content is clean, minimal, and product-focused — subtle references, strong hooks, and no gimmicks.

We’re looking for a culturally aligned Short-Form Content Creator who understands anime/gaming culture and can translate that energy into elevated, high-performing fashion content.

This role is focused purely on content creation — concepting, filming, and editing. We are NOT hiring a video editor.

We are hiring a creator who can concept, film, appear on camera, and bring ideas to life.

Role Overview

You will take ownership of short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok.

We already have an established minimal product style. Your role is to replicate our core aesthetic while introducing new on-camera concepts and creative angles that improve performance.

This is a creator-first, camera-first role. Performance matters — views, engagement, and creative testing are important to us.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop short-form concepts aligned with brand aesthetic
• Film product-focused content (flat-lay + lifestyle)
• Introduce new formats and creative approaches
• Think in hooks, pacing, and performance
• Film product-focused content (flat-lay and lifestyle)
• Appear confidently on camera in talking or reaction-style videos
• Ensure clean lighting, framing, and minimal aesthetic
• Test different creative approaches to improve views and engagement
• Batch-produce content efficiently

Expected Output & Commitment

• Approximately 40–60 short-form videos per month
• Consistent weekly delivery

Volume may start lighter during the first few weeks as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form video content where YOU appear on camera
• Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking naturally
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content culture
• Ability to create engaging hooks without relying on heavy effects
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Genuine interest in anime and/or video game culture

Compensation

• $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
• Contract role with potential long-term opportunity
• Remote

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
