At Home Helpers Home Care of Burlington, MA, we provide flexible and compassionate in-home care. We are seeking adaptable and dependable caregivers to support our clients with short shifts or to fill in when other caregivers are unavailable.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Light housekeeping and meal prep
• Run errands or provide transportation as needed
• Adapt quickly to different client needs and schedules

Requirements:

• PCA, HHA, or CNA certification (preferred but not required)
• Availability for on-call, short notice, or rotating shifts
• Strong communication and adaptability
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass background check
