Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shovel Operator to join our construction team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating shovels and other heavy equipment, with a focus on safety, precision, and efficiency. You will be working on various projects, including warehouses, factories, and labor accommodations, contributing to the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate shovels and related equipment to excavate, move, and load materials.
• Perform pre-operational checks and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow project plans and instructions from site supervisors to meet project requirements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with site preparation, grading, and other tasks as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shovel Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Valid UAE driving license with heavy equipment certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and layouts.
• Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
