Shovel operator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Shovel (Loader) Operator to operate heavy equipment for material handling and plant operations. This role supports production by loading materials efficiently and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate shovel/loader to load aggregates and materials
• Stockpile and move materials as required
• Inspect equipment before and after use
• Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues
• Follow all safety procedures and site rules
• Support plant and yard operations

Requirements:

• Previous shovel or loader operating experience preferred
• Valid equipment certification or license (if required)
• Strong awareness of safety practices
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions
