We are seeking a motivated and committed Showing Partner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for those passionate about real estate, enjoy building relationships, and are eager to cultivate a fulfilling, long-term career in the industry.

As a Showing Agent, you will lead clients through property tours while benefiting from hands-on training and mentorship within a proven real estate system. We provide robust frameworks, innovative technology, organized processes, expert guidance, continuous education, and accountability to support your success at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from our New Agent Launch

We have a super-dialed in 86-day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today’s market. The average agent closes (and pending) 3.4 transactions during this 86-day period.

• Work with sales agent to help buyer’s find the perfect home

Who doesn’t love to look at houses all day? Be a student of the game and master the back end of the industry while you earn money as a Showing Agent.

• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria

We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication & when the agent gets their buyer’s offer accepted, we all win!

• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agents and clients

Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!

• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week

This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training, so you know exactly what to say/do each day!

• Participate in team activities per team standards

We have a great work ethic on our team, and we all show up 2 or more days a week in a zoom training or meeting. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all of this with us!

Qualifications

You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

• Real estate license REQUIRED

• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
• Learning based
• Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
• High school graduate
