MIS Executive / Showroom Coordinator is the pivotal link between the customer's initial showroom experience and the subsequent project documentation. This role is based primarily in the showroom and is responsible for managing all customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales pipeline records, coordinating the initial design consultation schedule, and generating management reports based on showroom traffic and conversion rates.

Sunday Work is Mandatory. Weekdays off will be provided during the weekdays

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Work Location: ABC Spacery Hyderabad Hwy, near Madhusudan Marble, Shamshabad, Hyderabad, Kavaguda, Telangana

Key Responsibilities

1. Showroom Data Management & Reporting (MIS)

* Lead Tracking: Own and manage the entire showroom lead process, from initial walk-in registration to scheduling the first site visit/design consultation.

* CRM/Database Entry: Ensure immediate and accurate entry of all new customer contact details, design preferences, project scope, and source of lead (e.g., referral, advertisement) into the designated CRM system or database (e.g., MS Excel/Google Sheets).

* Showroom Analytics: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports focused on:

* Showroom Foot Traffic vs. Leads Generated.

* Lead Conversion Ratios (Walk-in to Consultation, Consultation to Sale).

* Performance metrics for individual sales/design consultants.

* Inventory of available marketing materials and design samples.

2. Showroom Coordination & Customer Experience

* Consultation Scheduling: Manage and optimize the design consultant's calendar, scheduling initial client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.

* Resource Management: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the showroom, ensuring all design samples, catalogs, and pricing materials are current.

* Customer Record Management: Maintain physical and digital files for all active showroom leads, ensuring documentation (e.g., Inquiry forms, Preliminary Requirement Checklists) is complete and easy to retrieve.

3. Administrative Support & Communication

* Documentation Handoff: Ensure seamless transfer of qualified leads and complete preliminary documentation to the assigned Design Consultant.

* Communication: Coordinate internal communication between the showroom sales team and the central management office regarding pipeline status and urgent client needs.

* Process Adherence: Enforce the company's standardized process for handling customer complaints, inquiries, and booking initial consultations.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; a strong background in administration or data management is essential.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, office administration, or data entry/MIS, ideally in retail, hospitality, or a project-based service industry.
