Showroom Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Showroom Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients exploring our premium product offerings, providing expert guidance on window treatments. Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will help create inspiring spaces for our customers while driving high-end sales and fostering lasting relationships. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and provide tailored lighting, renovation, and interior design solutions.
• Demonstrate products through engaging product demos and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding.
• Upsell complementary products and services by identifying customer needs and presenting suitable options confidently.
• Manage inside sales transactions, including POS operations, cash handling, and retail math calculations to ensure accurate processing.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives to attract new clients and promote high-end sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, managing account details, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on high-end products.
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, construction, interior design, and window treatment sales processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer trust.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.65 - $29.68 per hour
