JOB PURPOSE
The Showroom DesignSales Consultant is responsible for creating inspired kitchen and bath design solutions while delivering exceptional client experience. This role blends luxury design expertise with consultative sales, guiding clients seamlessly from initial concept through product selection and final delivery. The consultant develops innovative design concepts, recommends premium products, and cultivates strong client relationships to ensure personalized solutions tailored to each client's unique needs. Success in this position requires professionalism, attention to detail, strong product knowledge, and the ability to balance functionality with refined aesthetics in a luxury-focused and design driven high-end showroom environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client ExperienceSales

Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients, designers, remodelers, builders, and architects with professionalism and enthusiasm under all circumstances.

Utilize consultative selling techniques, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.

Manage projects and guide clients through the process, from the initial consultation, product selection, pricing, purchasing decisions, order placement, and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage.

Recommend, select, and source products based on client needs, lifestyle, and design preferences.

Prepare design layouts with accurate square footage calculations.

Compute pricing, prepare sales contracts, and accurately process cash or credit payments.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients and contractors from design through delivery to ensure satisfaction.

Answer questions regarding the showroom, products, policies, and promotions.

Handle product returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.

Develop and manage a personal sales pipeline, including prospect follow-up and opportunity tracking.

DesignProduct Expertise

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in Interior Design or a related field.
