Showroom Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Good understanding of sales skills, the ability to persuade, and good negotiation skills.

- Organization and the ability to assign tasks and manage time effectively.

- Fully knowledgeable, knowledgeable, and fully understand the products they market and sell.

- Ability to communicate with diverse personalities.

- Ability to make recommendations and make suggestions that contribute to the growth of the sales process.

- Proficient in directing, supervising, motivating, and cooperating with the work team.

- Good experience and skill in planning, organizing, and implementing sales strategies.

- Proficient in all phases of administrative and leadership skills to lead the sales team.

- Participate in various purchasing decisions, suggesting items to be present in the showroom in coordination with the direct supervisor.

- Oversee the smooth running of sales operations in the showroom, arranging merchandise, and displaying it.

- Oversee the receipt of merchandise upon arrival from the warehouse and arranging it according to size and color.

- Greet regular customers, display existing items, and complete all sales procedures.

- Order missing merchandise from the warehouse.

- Monitoring the exhibition employees’ attendance, their hours of attendance and departure, their vacation times of all kinds, and their overtime hours, approving them and sending them to the Personnel Affairs Department.

Job Requirements:

- Experience: 4 - 5 years in Sales in UAE

- Qualification: Bachelor's degree
