Position Overview
The Showroom Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the dealership showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to manage people, processes, and performance in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Lead the showroom team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets (retail, fleet, and financing).
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales conversion and customer retention.
- Monitor sales pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM utilization to ensure effective lead management.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on showroom promotions, events, and campaigns.
Customer Experience
- Ensure a premium, customer-centric showroom environment aligned with OMODA JAECOO brand standards.
- Oversee customer interactions, ensuring quick resolution of complaints and maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Implement processes for customer follow-ups, feedback collection, and loyalty initiatives.
Team Management
- Supervise and coach sales executives, receptionists, CRM staff, and support teams in the showroom.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure accountability across the team.
- Plan and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during showroom operating hours (7 days a week, 9 AM - 9 PM).
- Drive ongoing product and sales training in coordination with the Training & HR departments.
Operations & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, including vehicle display, cleanliness, and readiness.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, company policies, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with Service, PDI & Delivery, and Parts teams to ensure smooth handover and customer experience.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly showroom performance reports to management.
- Monitor sales margins, discounts, and incentive structures in line with company policies.
- Control operational expenses while ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
- Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and staff cost optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive retail processes, CRM systems, and UAE market dynamics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Team performance and staff turnover rates.
- Showroom operational efficiency and compliance audit scores.
