Salary Range: SAR 10,000 – 14,000 per month

About The Role

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a strong background in luxury kitchen solutions? We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead a premium kitchen showroom in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in kitchen sales , team leadership, and showroom operations. This role offers the opportunity to manage a talented sales team, drive revenue growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience within a sophisticated retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and yearly showroom sales targets and create actionable plans to meet them.
  • Review daily and weekly sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
  • Follow up with potential clients, track proposals, and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure outstanding customer service.

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead and motivate the showroom team to meet sales and service goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, customer engagement, and visual merchandising.
  • Evaluate team performance through regular checklists and performance reports.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to review targets, challenges, and new opportunities.

Showroom Operations & Merchandising

  • Ensure the showroom displays and materials are always in excellent condition.
  • Review and manage stock levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics for replenishment.
  • Oversee merchandising standards, seasonal displays, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor non-moving items and recommend adjustments to improve sales performance.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering sales, conversions, collections, and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems for all customer interactions and showroom activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as accounting, logistics, and procurement for smooth operations.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards across the showroom.
  • Review design proposals before client presentations to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Handle escalations and customer feedback with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in showroom management or sales leadership.
  • Experience in kitchen or interior design sales is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving results.
