Job Summary
Elysee Cars International is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Showroom Manager
to lead and manage the overall
car sales operations in Qatar
, including both
local showroom sales and vehicle export operations
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing showroom activities, supervising the sales team, and ensuring smooth operational processes while reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management

Manage daily showroom sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies for
local vehicle sales and export markets
.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base including retail, fleet, and corporate clients.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand.
Showroom & Operations Management
-
Oversee day-to-day showroom activities including vehicle display, customer service, and sales processes.

Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Coordinate vehicle procurement, inventory management, and stock planning.

Handle documentation related to
vehicle sales, export procedures, and logistics coordination
.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Team Leadership

Lead, train, and supervise showroom sales staff.

Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.

Conduct regular team meetings and set clear sales targets.
Reporting & Coordination

Prepare
weekly and monthly sales and operational reports
for the CEO.

Track sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with finance, logistics, and management for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum
5–8 years of experience in automotive sales
, with at least
2–3 years in a managerial role
.

Experience in
car showroom management and export sales
is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of
Qatar automotive market and export procedures
will be an advantage.
