Responsibilities:

Oversee the showroom's daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.

Welcome customers and provide expert consultation on agricultural products (supplies, equipment, and materials).

Monitor showroom inventory and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain product availability.

Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to senior management.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

Organize in-showroom product displays and promotional activities

Track market trends, monitor competitors, and propose development initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in showroom management or sales — agricultural sector experience is a plus.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Proficiency in sales software and inventory management systems.
