The Showroom Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the dealership showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving sales performance. This role is responsible for managing the sales team, maintaining showroom standards, implementing sales strategies, and coordinating with marketing and aftersales departments to achieve overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through professional sales processes and customer handling.

Manage daily showroom operations, including display standards, vehicle presentation, and cleanliness.

Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives in coordination with the Brand and Marketing teams.

Monitor sales performance, track leads, and prepare regular reports for management.

Oversee test drives, vehicle delivery, and handover processes to maintain premium customer experience.

Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and aftersales departments to streamline customer transactions.

Identify training needs and support continuous staff development.

Gather and analyse market intelligence to stay informed on competitors and customer trends.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer experience management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

UAE automotive market experience preferred.
