Showroom Manager – Luxury Furniture Brand

📍 Location: Sheikh Zayed, Egypt

We are COCOBOLO — an Egyptian luxury furniture brand blending Italian sophistication with Egyptian craftsmanship since 1960. We are looking for a  Showroom Manager  to lead our flagship showroom, elevate client experiences, and drive sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a world-class luxury customer experience.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with HNWI clients, architects, and developers.
• Oversee product presentation, showroom aesthetics, and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns and launches.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or furniture showroom management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for design, interiors, and luxury lifestyle.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
