Overview:

Responsible for handling clinker and cement export sales, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders (production, packing, sales, finance, logistics, procurement, RT safety, transporters, ports, stevedores, and governmental authorities). The role focuses on maximizing profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving export objectives, and maintaining compliance with country and RT safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Health & Safety:

Adhere to and enforce relevant legislations and policies.

Ensure that highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.
Functional:
Business Development & Customer Management
-
Acquire new export business leads and manage customer accounts.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including order processing, payment registration, financial guarantees, and addressing requirements through coordination with internal teams (production, finance, etc.).

Identify customer needs and support product/price development by monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.

Explore and pursue new business opportunities by approaching prospects and assessing their market position.

Present and demonstrate products and services to customers.
Sales Strategy & Performance Monitoring

Formulate and implement export sales strategies to ensure target achievement for each customer.

Monitor and follow up on customer performance to ensure compliance with agreed targets.

Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports (projections, forecasts, export dispatches, sales, and revenue).

Monitor export movements to develop market intelligence.
Operations & Logistics Coordination

Follow up on the execution of export operations by coordinating with stakeholders (maritime agents, stevedoring companies, inspection firms, vessel crews, port authorities, production, packing, finance, logistics, procurement, RT safety, LH trading).

Oversee export business activities at warehouses and ports (Adabeya, Damietta, Dekheila, Alexandria, Sokhna).

Coordinate with stevedoring companies to achieve agreed vessel loading rates.

Follow up on stevedore payments and manage debit/credit notes to settle demurrage/dispatch issues.

Monitor cement and bag stock levels to ensure product availability and coordinate with plant operations for material creation.
Compliance & Documentation

Handle all commercial documentation (customer and material creation, offers in SFDC, invoicing, banking, and customs clearance).

Liaise with governmental authorities (Customs, Chambers of Commerce, Export & Import Control, and Port Authorities) to fulfill regulatory requirements and new decrees.

Review and validate Form 13 submissions from business partners and coordinate with the Tax department.

Handle treasury procedures to secure CBE approvals and required delegations for export activities.

Archive all shipment documents and ensure reporting accuracy.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 6–7 years of experience in export sales, logistics, or international trade, preferably within the cement, building materials, or industrial sector.
