Showroom Sales Associate – JH|NY (New York Design Center)

Our showroom features a curated collection of textiles, wall coverings, furniture, lighting, and accessories, serving the discerning needs of the design trade throughout New York and beyond.

Role Overview:

JH|NY, the New York showroom of Jiun Ho Inc., is seeking a polished and highly motivated Showroom Sales Associateto support our growing business within the New York design community. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of luxury interiors and a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.

As a key member of the showroom team, you will support both inside and outside sales efforts, working closely with interior designers, architects, and dealer accounts to ensure seamless execution from inquiry through fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Sales Support

  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, invoices, and custom purchase orders
  • Confirm lead times, order status, and delivery logistics with clients
  • Ensure all required documentation is received for accurate and efficient order processing
  • Maintain and manage the Open Sales Order Report, including COM status and ETAs

Client Engagement & Account Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries across dealer accounts and design professionals
  • Manage incoming website inquiries and conduct timely follow-up
  • Proactively engage new and dormant accounts through outreach and onboarding efforts
  • Distribute samples and sales materials to support client projects and strengthen relationships

Sales Development & Reporting

  • Conduct regular follow-up on outstanding quotes to support conversion
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, sales materials, and client proposals
  • Support the Showroom Manager with weekly and monthly sales reporting
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall sales strategy

Product Knowledge & Brand Representation

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Jiun Ho collections and product offerings
  • Provide informed, consultative guidance to clients across furniture, lighting, textiles, and accessories
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism as a representative of the Jiun Ho brand

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury furniture, interior design, or architectural sales
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player
  • Ability to deliver a refined and seamless client experience at all times
  • Professional presence aligned with a luxury brand; personal presentation and conduct must reflect Jiun Ho’s standards

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
