About the Role:

We are seeking a polished and passionate Showroom Sales Executive to represent our luxury textile brand. The ideal candidate will have an eye for quality fabrics, a strong sense of style, and the ability to deliver a refined customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding clients through our premium fabric collections, providing expert product advice, and ensuring each visit reflects the brand’s prestige and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage high-profile clients with professional courtesy and discretion.
  • Present and promote luxury textile collections, highlighting material quality, craftsmanship, and design.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics for garments, upholstery, or interiors.
  • Maintain exceptional showroom standards aligned with the brand’s image.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and ensure accurate sales documentation.
  • Manage customer relationships and follow up on bespoke orders or repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the design, tailoring, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Stay informed on luxury fashion and interior trends to provide informed advice.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end textile or luxury retail sales.
  • Strong understanding of fabrics, materials, and textile craftsmanship.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Smart, elegant, and professional appearance.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of POS or ERP systems preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
