Job Title: Showroom Sales Staff

Location: Thrikkakara, Aluva, pukkattupadi and Vennala
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in retail sales (experience in furniture/mattress industry preferred) Timing: 10am-8pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom with professionalism and courtesy.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mattress products and accessories.
• Explain product features, benefits, warranties, and offers clearly to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting products effectively.
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the showroom.
• Handle billing, payment collection, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management for stock updates and promotions.
• Collect customer feedback and support in building strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Plus Two (Degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/showroom sales.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English (Hindi is an advantage).
• Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software/Excel preferred).
• Positive attitude, presentable, and target-oriented.
