Job Description

A Showroom Supervisor manages daily operations of a ceramic/kitchen showroom, ensures sales targets are met, and supervises staff.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise showroom staff (salesmen, helpers)

Ensure excellent customer service and product presentation

Achieve monthly sales targets

Manage inventory (tiles, sanitary ware, kitchen fittings)

Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse

Handle customer complaints professionally

Train new sales staff

Maintain showroom cleanliness and display standards

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Requirements

2-5 years experience in ceramics / tiles / kitchen showroom

Good knowledge of:

Tiles, sanitary ware, fittings

Interior materials (preferred)

Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)

Basic computer skills (Excel, invoicing systems)

Leadership and team management ability.
