Shutter Door Technician

Job Summary:

Skodtec Elevators LLC, a trusted name in elevator and industrial access solutions across Dubai, is seeking a skilled Shutter Door Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of fire-rated, high-speed and rolling shutter doors. We are looking for a dedicated professional who values precision, safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain fire-rated, high-speed, and rolling shutter doors at various client locations.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs for electrical and mechanical faults in shutter door systems.
• Ensure proper door alignment, motor function and smooth operation of control panels and sensors.
• Conduct periodic preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Coordinate with the project and service teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Adhere strictly to company safety standards and site procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2years of experience as a Shutter Door or Industrial Door Technician in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of automatic doors, motors, sensors and control systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Skilled in mechanical, electrical and automation troubleshooting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
