Position Details
Position: Shuttle Area Manager
Location: Orlando, FL

Salary: $62,000 per year + commissions based on gross external sales.
Reports To: Ben Rawlings, CEO

Camden Logistics is seeking a motivated and organized Shuttle Area Manager to oversee daily operations and support business growth within the Orlando region. This role combines operations leadership with business development, helping ensure high service standards while expanding the company’s customer base throughout the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations within the assigned service area
• Manage and support supervisors, drivers, and operational staff
• Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and service quality
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation across the region
• Resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and service disruptions
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and staff training
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development
• Collaborate with leadership to implement company strategies and policies
• Build relationships with businesses and organizations to expand service opportunities

Education and Experience

• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience required
• Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or charter services preferred
• Proven success in business development, sales, or contract acquisition preferred
• Experience managing multiple locations or large teams preferred
• Background in safety compliance or operational performance management preferred
• Existing relationships within Florida’s hospitality, tourism, corporate, or event sectors preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suites

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods driving a vehicle
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
Valid Driver’s License Required
