Sign Graphic Designer

Morsigns is a manufacturing company that fabricates and installs signage and graphics, and we're looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Sign Graphics Designer.

Overview:

The Sign Graphics Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and production-ready designs for a wide range of signage projects and will collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive and compelling designs consistent with the company's brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare artwork for all types of signs, including vinyl graphics, digital prints, channel letters, and illuminated signage.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to interpret client needs and translate concepts into visual designs.
• Ensure designs are compatible with production equipment and meet sizing, color, and layout specifications.
• Create vector artwork and perform file setup for print, cut, or routing.
• Modify or recreate customer-provided artwork for optimal print quality.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
• 2+ years of design experience, preferably in sign manufacturing or large-format printing.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and FlexiSIGN; experience with CorelDRAW or similar design programs is a plus.
• Understanding of print setup, color management, vector/raster graphics, and file formats for CNC or vinyl cutting
