Sindhi Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Planning & Delivery – Plan and deliver engaging Sindhi language lessons aligned with the curriculum for Grades 6–8.
  • Language Development – Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Sindhi.
  • Curriculum Implementation – Follow prescribed syllabus and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
  • Assessment & Evaluation – Design tests, quizzes, assignments, and exams; evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Classroom Management – Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Student Support – Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where needed.
  • Cultural Promotion – Encourage appreciation of Sindhi literature, poetry, and cultural heritage.
  • Parent Communication – Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress effectively.
  • Record Keeping – Maintain attendance records, assessment data, and academic reports.
  • Professional Development – Participate in trainings, workshops, and academic meetings as required.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sindhi / Education or relevant field.
  • B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in Middle Section.
  • Strong command of Sindhi grammar and literature.
  • Good classroom management and communication skills.
