Site Admin coordinator

We are currently looking for a Site Admin Coordinator to join our team on-site and support the daily administrative operations of our construction projects.

🔹 Location: Site-Based

🔹 Experience: Minimum 4 years

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or real estate development sites

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Ability to coordinate with site teams and head office

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site documentation and filing systems

• Track attendance, leaves, and site records

• Coordinate communication between site and head office

• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and administrative documents

• Handle and follow up on financial matters related to site administration when required.

• Supervise buffet staff and cleaning personnel to ensure proper performance, quality of service, and professional appearance.

• Ensure offices and site facilities are properly maintained and equipped with the necessary tools, supplies, and services .

• Monitor the overall cleanliness, organization, and service standards within the site offices and facilities.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational or administrative issues affecting the site.
