Job Summary
The Site Administrator is responsible for managing administrative operations on-site, ensuring efficient documentation, coordination, and communication between site teams and head office. The role supports smooth day-to-day site activities and maintains accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all site documentation and records
- Coordinate communication between site staff, management, and head office
- Handle timesheets, attendance, and staff records
- Prepare and organize reports, letters, and official documents
- Monitor and control site supplies, materials, and inventory records
- Assist in procurement coordination and tracking deliveries
- Ensure proper filing of contracts, permits, and compliance documents
- Support site management in administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain logs for visitors, equipment, and site activities
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in site administration or similar role
- Relevant professional certifications in administration or office management
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Construction / Oil & Gas
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo or similar)
- Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory processes
