Site Architect Engineer

WE ARE HIRING – SITE ARCHITECT (FINISHING EXPERIENCE)

We are a reputable Main Contracting Company in Qatar seeking to hire a Site Architect with strong experience in finishing works and thorough knowledge of QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications).

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all architectural finishing works at site, ensuring high-quality execution.

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, QCS standards, and project specifications.

• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to architectural works.

• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progress meets the project schedule.

• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements.

• Resolve architectural and finishing-related site issues promptly.

• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and inspection requests.

• Ensure proper implementation of mock-ups and approved samples on site.

• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Site Architect, preferably with a main contracting company.

• Strong experience in finishing works (e.g., fit-out, joinery, marble, tiling, gypsum, paint, façade, etc.).

• Excellent knowledge of QCS and local authority requirements.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Candidates currently in Qatar with transferable visa preferred
