Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at BLUEMOON CONSTRUCTION. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per plans, and maintaining quality and safety standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and manage construction crews.
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers for timely execution.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage site materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently.
• Resolve site issues and report discrepancies to project engineers/supervisors.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant site experience are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices, site management, and civil drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction-related software is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
