Site Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, manage contractors, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects and a strong understanding of site execution, structural works, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil works at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards on-site.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Handle site measurements, quantity estimations, and material management.
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 4 to 8 years of experience in civil site execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical documents.
• Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or site management software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
