Site Civil Engineer

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and materials to meet project schedules
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of civil works (concrete, finishing, structural works)
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site HSE requirements
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on site
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with relevant authorities
• Verify measurements and support quantity and material take-offs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of civil works: structural, concrete, finishing, and infrastructure works
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and site execution
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in UAE/Gulf construction projects is highly preferred
