Job Summary:
The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site civil construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, and in compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site civil construction activities, including foundation works, structural works, finishing, and other civil tasks.
• Ensure that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, progress reports, and other documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, deviations, or delays on-site.
• Assist in the preparation of material requisitions, work schedules, and cost estimates.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Maintain records of site activities, changes, and approvals for documentation and reporting purposes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably in Oman or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards in Oman.
• Experience in site supervision and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
