Site Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Site Civil Engineer to manage daily construction activities, maintain quality, ensure safety, and coordinate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site execution to align with approved drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Interpret engineering drawings, method statements, BOQs, MTOs, and make revisions as necessary.
• Prepare and manage site documentation including daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, as-built drawings, and procurement support.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve technical issues onsite.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, standards, and codes relevant to the project.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• UAE experience preferred—ranging between 2 to 3 years
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

· Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
