Site Civil Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer - Civil with minimum 7 years of UAE experience in the Construction sector to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise site activities, including workforce management, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including quality control, timelines, and costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and daily progress updates for senior management.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment required for the project.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in civil site engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with relevant engineering software and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in leading large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
• Certification in Project Management or equivalent is a plus.
