Site Civil Engineer

We are seeking an organized Interior Fit-Out Engineer to drive our high-end decor and interior projects from blueprint to final handover. You will be the crucial link between our design team and the construction site, ensuring our creative vision is executed flawlessly, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee daily on-site execution of interior fit-outs, custom joinery, and decor installations.
• Coordination: Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration with interior designs.
• Quality & Timelines: Enforce strict quality control on finishes and materials while keeping the project on schedule.
• Budgeting: Monitor BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and control project costs.
• Handover: Manage snagging and final client handover.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Experience: 3+ years managing interior fit-out and decor projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong AutoCAD proficiency; deep knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and joinery.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solver, excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
