Site Civil Engineer (2-3) years experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Supervise day-to-day site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Technical Oversight: Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure proper implementation.
• Site Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Health & Safety: Enforce safety procedures and ensure all personnel adhere to safety regulations.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain site records, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to project managers or senior engineers.
• Problem Solving: Address technical issues and troubleshoot problems on-site as they arise.
• Material Management: Monitor the use of materials and coordinate timely deliveries to prevent delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction or site supervision.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, or architectural plans.
• Proficiency in site-level software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
