Job Summary

The Site Civil Engineer will manage the technical lifecycle of our projects. You will be the bridge between the design office and the site, ensuring that every structural and architectural element is compliant with shop drawings, local authority regulations (DM, DCD, Trakhees), and the project's Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Supervision: Oversee all civil fit-out works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, masonry) to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Authority Liaison: Manage the submission and inspection process with local authorities to ensure timely project handovers.
• Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for MEP contractors, consultants, and architects to resolve on-site clashes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including RFIs, Material Submittals, and Weekly Progress Reports.
• Cost & Quantity Tracking: Monitor material consumption against the BOQ to minimize wastage and control project costs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Attested).
• Experience: 3–5 years in the UAE fit-out industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Licenses: Valid UAE Driving License and DM (Dubai Municipality) card are highly preferred.
• Attributes: Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of technical specifications and contract terms.
