Site Civil Engineer (Swimming Pool)

New Exclusive Decoration Design and Fit Out LLC is looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in construction of swimming pools, as well as knowledge in MEP coordination, tiling works, finishing, and general civil construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction of swimming pools from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for smooth execution of projects.
• Supervise and ensure quality of civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Review project drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion.
• Implement health, safety, and quality standards on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• minimum 1+ year of experience in construction projects, specifically swimming pool construction.
• Knowledge and experience in MEP works, tiling, and finishing.
• Strong project management and site supervision skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and authority submission portals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience and driving license preferred.
• Currently residing in UAE
