Job Title: Site Civil Supervisor

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities for our projects in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil construction with hands-on site supervision experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction activities and ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards. Manage labor, skilled workers, and site staff while coordinating with contractors and engineers. Maintain daily progress reports, ensure site safety compliance, and monitor material usage to avoid wastage. Identify and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

3 to 4 years of site supervision experience.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and ability to read drawings and plans. Good leadership and communication skills with MS Office proficiency.
