Site Construction Manager – High-Rise Building

Job Description:

The Site Construction Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising all on-site construction activities for high-rise building projects. The role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, within schedule, and in compliance with quality and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage and lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly construction schedules to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Consultants, Clients, and Subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Supervise civil, structural, and finishing works for high-rise building projects.
• Ensure quality control of all site works and verify that materials and workmanship meet specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
• Review and approve work permits, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Manage site logistics, manpower allocation, and material deliveries.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and highlight potential delays or risks.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the construction team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10–15 years of construction experience, with at least 7–10 years in the UAE on high-rise building projects.
• Strong leadership and team management experience at the site level.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
