A Project Management company, specializing in interior fit-out delivery projects, is hiring for the position of 'Site Coordinator'.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily operations of fit-out projects.
- Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and progress.
- Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and site execution activities.
- Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Track project costs, milestones, and variations as per contractual obligations.
- Ensure timely closure of site issues and assist in project handover documentation.
Requirements:
- Should be from construction and design industry ONLY.
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering OR Management.
- 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-outs or construction coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Should be ethically strong and professional in management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple site and office teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of materials and finishes in the field
