Position: Site Coordinator (CAD & SketchUp Specialist)

Responsibilities:

* Translate architectural designs into detailed AutoCAD and SketchUp plans for site execution.

* Coordinate between project designs and on-site teams, ensuring seamless implementation of layouts and sections.

* Spend time on-site, guiding foremen and labor teams with the correct interpretation of plans and architects, ensuring on-the-ground adjustments match project goals.

* Optimize site workflows by providing clear, actionable technical drawings that foremen can directly follow.

Requirements:

* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

* Experience working on-site in construction or fit-out projects.

* Excellent communication skills to bridge design and on-site teams.

* Ability to manage both technical drawing and on-site coordination tasks.

* A civil engineering diploma or related technical qualification is a plus.
