Site Coordinator – Cleaning Services & Pantry & Hospitality Services

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Coordinator to manage and coordinate Cleaning, Pantry, and Hospitality Services operations at the facility. The role will ensure smooth daily service delivery, maintain hygiene and safety standards, supervise service teams, and act as the main point of contact between the client and the service team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily cleaning operations across the facility.
  • Manage pantry and hospitality services ensuring professional service standards.
  • Supervise cleaning supervisors, pantry supervisors, office waiters, and service staff.
  • Ensure availability of manpower, equipment, cleaning materials, and pantry supplies.
  • Monitor food safety, hygiene, and facility cleanliness standards.
  • Liaise with client representatives regarding cleaning and hospitality services.
  • Address operational issues and resolve service complaints promptly.
  • Maintain high service quality across offices and facility areas.
  • Prepare and submit daily operational and service reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in cleaning services, hospitality services, or facilities service supervision.
  • Experience managing cleaning teams, pantry services, or soft services operations is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
