Job Title: Site Coordinator cum Accountant

Department: Administration / Account

Location: head office at Amritsar

Job Summary:

The Site Coordinator cum Accountant is responsible for managing site-level coordination, maintaining records of site expenses, handling labour attendance, and ensuring smooth communication between the site and head office. This role also involves monitoring material usage, maintaining accounts, and supporting compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:1. Site Coordination:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
  • Coordinate between site engineers, contractors, and head office.
  • Maintain site documentation, reports, and logs (labour, materials, machinery).
  • Assist in vendor and subcontractor management.
  • Monitor and report site attendance (labour and staff).
  • Handle daily site requirements and resolve on-site operational issues.

2. Accounting & Finance:

  • Maintain petty cash records for site expenses.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly expense statements.
  • Verify bills, vouchers, and purchase invoices before submission to head office.
  • Keep records of material receipts and issue slips.
  • Support preparation of payroll for site workers (attendance, overtime, etc.).
  • Assist in reconciliation of site accounts with head office.

3. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain records of material in/out and stock register.
  • Prepare daily progress and expense reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of required data to Accounts
  • Maintain vendor payment status and follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in site accounting or coordination.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and basic accounting principles.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple site operations independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
