Job Purpose

Asset management (1 Solar plants) – Overall responsible for all O&M related activities at GMR Gujarat Solar Power Ltd 25 MW at Gujarat.

Monitor and Supervise the all the Plant activities of 25MW GMR Gujarat Solar Power Ltd.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor and supervise all the Plant activities 25MW Plant.
• Preparing all Reports, RCA, etc.
• To ensure that Performance of asset will match the AOP target by implanting the SOPs.
• Keeping record of regular maintenance reports at site including BD and PM.
• Monitor and Supervise the all the Plant activities..
• Allocation of maintenance work to electricians.
• Monitor and supervise all the Plant activities.
• Generate regular reports daily Generation Reports, Module Cleaning Reports etc.
• Downtime reporting and management.
• Close monitor of Module cleaning activity, labor management, gat pass preparation etc.
  

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details

• Allocation of maintenance work to electricians.
• Monitor and Supervise the all the Plant activities.
• Preparing all Reports, Rout cause Analysis reports etc.
• Preparation of Maintenance schedules and checklists.
• Corrective Maintenance during breakdown.
• Breakdown reporting.
• Strictly following PPE usage in the Plant premises.
• Keeping record of regular maintenance reports at sites including BD and PM.
  
  
  

Preparation of PR & Plant Availability Nighttime preventive maintenance works

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Miscellaneous Activates to resolve Day to day issues with Minimum Support - Remotely supported to site team for related to all assets (internal & external)

GMR Gujarat Solar – Managing Local Vendors and their staff, Labor compliances and other compliances management.
