Site Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time role, responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with all design plans, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.

The successful candidate should possess a solid background in civil or structural engineering, demonstrating a hands-on approach to supervising construction activities, coordinating with all stakeholders, and swiftly resolving on-site challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, contractors, and site workers
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and implement quality control measures
• Address and resolve technical and operational issues on-site
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and logs
• Support in structural and civil engineering tasks throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on site execution and coordination
• Proven experience in managing on-site construction works independently
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures, engineering principles, and construction practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in environmental or ecological restoration projects is an added advantage
