Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Site Engineer with strong experience in false ceiling and painting works to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of hands-on experience managing interior finishing works on-site, with the ability to lead, coordinate, and ensure high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities related to false ceiling and painting
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines
• Prepare site progress reports and submit daily/weekly updates
• Conduct inspections and manage snag lists and handovers

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in false ceiling and painting (interior fit-out projects)
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and application methods
• Ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately or on short notice

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
