About this opportunity:

Our ever-growing team at Ericsson is currently in search of a dedicated Site Engineer. The purpose of this role is to validate on-site surveys and build site design documents / BIM Models / Digital Twin, as built documents and AutoCAD drawings etc. for installation, commissioning, and integration activities of various types of equipment, from nodes, antenna systems to complete systems solutions. The role will also ensure that resource has the competence to deliver the service in accordance with Ericsson quality and standards

What you will do:

• Create and maintain site detailed site 2D drawings.
• Create and maintain site detailed 3D Building Information Models (BIM).
• Maintain and update BIM models during the project life cycle.
• Develop site documentation such as site as-built, site installation documentation, etc.
• Implement site audit, compile & report in database.
• Review and validate Telecom Site Survey Reports whenever applicable.
• Learn and develop skills in Telecom Site Engineering (such as; Technical Site Survey, As-Built preparation, Site Installation Documentation Preparation, Bill of Material preparation, Site Material Request, etc.)
• Support team members through knowledge sharing, training, etc.
  
  

The skills you bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degrees in engineering or related university degree.
• Years of experience : 0-4
• English communication Proficiency is a must.
• BIM modelling hands-on Experience is a must.
• Hands-on experience on AutoCAD and Revit.
• Understanding of BIM standards, processes and workflow.
• BIM Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Telecommunication radio and transmission solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of Ericsson telecommunication products is plus.
• MS office hands-on experience.
• Planning, organizing, and reporting skills.
• Team Player.
• Capable of working independently.
• Capable of managing workload under pressure.
• Adapts well to changing priorities and conditions.
• Detail-oriented, and attention to details.
