Site Engineer

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise the on-site execution of aluminium window, door, and façade installation works. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant site experience and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between fabrication, design, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, and façade systems at project sites.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
• Monitor quality, alignment, measurements, and finishing at every installation stage.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and fabrication units for timely completion.
• Prepare daily site reports, material usage logs, and progress updates.
• Ensure safety standards and site cleanliness are maintained.
• Conduct inspections and manage corrective actions when deviations occur.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of site experience in aluminium windows, doors, or façade systems.
• Strong understanding of installation techniques, sealants, gaskets, and anchoring systems.
• Ability to read and work from shop drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites.

Preferred Experience

• Work experience in curtain wall, façade, or glazing industry.
• Knowledge of aluminium system profiles and fabrication process.
• Familiarity with construction safety norms and QA/QC standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
